Emergency Protocol #3:: Guess Who!
At tonight's emergency protocol, you will be sorting through a 7 person suspect list. Only 1 of these suspects is connected to the terrorist threat, the other 6 are innocent.
Here's how it works. Each of you have been placed at a location on a grid based on the numbers you chose upon entering the chat. The following are your assigned colors:
Brian::RED
Lisa::YELLOW
Mike::BLUE
Solomon::PINK
Warren: ORANGE
As you may notice, there are 6 black circles scattered throughout the grid. If you land on one of them, one of the suspects will be cleared. Your goal is to reach every black circle, thus identifying the terrorist's accomplice.
When it is your turn to move, you may ONLY move vertically or horizontally. For example, if you start at 1, the only 2 moves you can make are 2 or 11 (not 12).
You may also notice a lime green marker. Since the mole's identity must be kept hidden, they have hired an associate to help stop you. This associate may move vertically, horizontally, or diagnonally, but can only make 1 move per round.
To determine the order of moves, a mini challenge will be given each round. Whomever wins will get 2 moves that round, and will select who they want to move 2nd. Whoever is selected 2nd chooses who moves 3rd (etc.)
A player's game ends when they run out of moves. The game ends either when all black circles have been crossed, all players have been eliminated by the mole's associate, or only 1 player remains. At this point, the suspects must make their final guess as to whom they believe is actually working with terrorists (out of a possible 7 suspects). So even before the game starts you have a 1/7 shot at passing.
However, what fun would this be without a little incentive? For each player you block/eliminate from the game, 3 points will be added to your final quiz. It's up to you as to whether you'd rather play for the team or for yourself. The right to play for an exemption and much much more are at stake.
